Prayer Against Fear
Heavenly Father, thank you for making me a child of God through faith in
Jesus Christ. Because I belong to Christ, I am Abraham’s seed and an heir
according to the promise. I am a new creature; old things have passed
away and all things have been made new. Therefore, every old way of
thinking that I used to have no longer exists in my mind because it is being
renewed by the Word of God. I am free from all fear, condemnation,
shame, torment, curses, confusion, and any other demonic bondage. Your
word says that You have not given me the spirit of fear, but of power, love,
and a sound mind. In the name of Jesus, I command the spirit of fear to go
from me now! I no longer receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but I
receive the Spirit of adoption by whom I cry Abba Father. Thank you
Father God for ordering my steps and commanding Your angels to protect
me wherever I go. I can lie down in peace and sweet sleep for you alone,
O Lord, will keep me safe. In Jesus' name, Amen.
